How do i Add Verbs in IIS

I am not able to publish infopath form in a sharepoint site (http://sites.com/region/Department) after several research, i got an update that need to add verbs in IIS. iam receving the below error in IIS failed trace request.

I have been asked to add the verbs (get,put,options,post) in IIS. Could you let  me know how do  add the verbs in IIS.
