Installing WebDav on IIS7

I am trying to publish an Outlook 2010 calendar to my local webserver.  Both machines are on the same domain, on the same network, and in the same building.  The pc is running Windows 7.  The server is Windows Server 2008 Standard R2 with IIS7

Following the instructions at http://www.iis.net/learn/install/installing-publishing-technologies/installing-and-configuring-webdav-on-iis#001, I am told to download and install a files "webdav_x86_75.msi" which I have.  Then I am asked to go into Server Manager --> Roles --> Web Server (IIS) --> Role Services --> Add Role Service --> check WebDav Publishing

WebDav Publishing is not availible in the list.

If I open IIS Manager, WebDav Authoring Rules is available.  I have setup a WebDav Authoring Rule to allow access to All content, by All Users, Permission Read, Source, and Write and has been set to Enable.

When I go into my Outlook and choose to Publish to WebDav Server and I input the server name (http:\\<server name>\<Site Name>\ it asks for a user name and I have tried my domain administrator account, but it give me an error after 5 tries "The upload of"Calendar" failed.  Failed to sign in."  Same if I try just http:\\<server name>\ as the server to publish to.

I am sure the issue is because I dont have the WebDav Publishing installed, but I dont know how to get that option to show up.

Help....please.....and thank you!
