Error 500.0 with code error 0x8007000d in IsapiFilterModule

I've publish a simple MVC 4.0 Application Web in a IIS 8.0 (Windows Server 2012). But when I try to browse it, I find an error 500.0.

The ApplicationPool used is a V4.0 Integrated with ApplicationPoolIdentity.

Any ideas? When I change the identity of the AppPool to administer account, I don't get the error... but I don't understand, why?
