401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.

I have domain environment

Created folder into D:\Website (Assign permission to folder and sub folder administrator) and (Read and execure to domain user on this folder)

All my websites are copied unders D:\Website\ABC\... (Assign permission to domain user to this folder and sub folder with full access control)

the IIS services are running on local windows service

After publishing when I browse the website I get below error messsage into logs
