IIS still logging after disabling

Not sure if this is the right forum to post to, but it was the one that seemed to fit the best. Please let me know if I need to move the topic.

Windows Server 2008 (non-R2) 64 Bit. Latest patches applied. Running 3 sites in IIS called api, www, and Default.

Disabled logging on all the sites in IIS. However, Site 2 (api) is still doing logging. The C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles\W3SVC2\ continues to get 120-121k size log files in it, that just have the same line "013-09-06 01:11:27 10.64.13.12 GET /system/info.aspx - 80 - 10.64.8.11 - 200 0 0 15" repeating (the date stamp changes). Other traffic does not get logged. Right now I have a batch file that cleans those up every night, but would like to know where else logging might be enabled to remove this completely.

I have enabled and disabled logging, reboot the server, applied patches, and tried restoring the site from backup. I have not rebuilt the site from scratch.

Thanks in advance!
