SSL Binding Loses HTTPS Binding for 443

I have a Windows Server 2019 which has been setup since June 2020.  A GoDaddy-issued certificate is installed in the IIS and bound to HTTPS to port 443 and has worked without any problems until the past week when the binding is lost.  When I go back in to Bindings, the friendly name for the SSL is listed in the dropdown box in Bindings.  I can select and the VPN works for a couple of days, then it is lost again.  How do I fix the issue so the SSL binding is stable?  Thanks.
