WebDAV "The folder you entered does not appear to be valid"

Hi!

I'm trying to map WebDAV site (Windows Server 2008 SP2, IIS 7, WebDAV 7.5) on Windows 7 client.

I have followed this guide http://www.iis.net/learn/install/installing-publishing-technologies/installing-and-configuring-webdav-on-iis

and when I try to map site using "Add a network location" I get error message: "The folder you entered does not appear to be valid. Please choose another". I lookedhttp://support.microsoft.com/kb/2560598 for help but with no luck.

I have changed NTFS permissions to full for given user and also authorization and webdav authoring rules.
