Compiler Errorcompiler error with error code -1073740791

Hi all,

having a asp.net website running at a provider. Since a few weeks  this site shows up "compiler error with error code -1073740791" randomly with various pages. After some hours this error is gone without any code change in any .aspx file.

After some search I came around this link:

This link describes my error exactly, provider told me that he has already implemented solution from this link and changed RAM to 4864 MB. But error is still available after changeing RAM. Server is still running with Windows 2012R2.

Any clue what this error is and how to overcome?
