I have a curious problem.  When I try to send a file via FTP connection I get the above error from the client from a Windows 2012 / IIS 8.5 FTP server and the file is over 1.42 K, it gets the above message.  It does not happen for files under that size, when send just fine, and when I send the file to the Windows 2008 / IIS 7.5 FTP server (any size).  I seems to have recently started and we didn't make any config changes on the server.  The only answers I found online to fix the issue suggested using some other FTP server such as FileZilla.  I didn't try that and am trying to avoid having to do that.  Any suggestions?

There is a network firewall between the client and both FTP servers I tried and they do allow FTP traffic. Windows firewall is off.
