Hi I believe the version of ISS Manager I have is version 8.5.9600.16384 on my Windows 2012 Server. My problem is trying to use FTP with some reolink security cameras I have set up. In ISS Manger we have a site set up called Security Cam Recordings. attached are some screen shots of the how everything is set up. We have Security Cam Recordings binded to port 21 IP address 192.168.1.166. When I click on basic settings then test settings for the user administrator I get all green. https://ibb.co/m0cH5R However, while in the reolink client I set up ftp to the IP address to 192.168.1.166, the port to 21, and the login credentials the same as the checking the connection. (user administrator). https://ibb.co/m7qgX6 I'm not sure if there is anyone here who has experience with reolink but I've tried contacting there support and have not received any useful help. Would greatly appreciate if anyone here could offer any help at all.
