How could I fix the 500.0 internal error

Hi,

my IIS site current stop working. I'm not sure what I have done but it kept reporting 500.0 error. I have also checked the httperr log and it just show that the connection has been canceled. But I can't find any document about this error. The binding just works fine and firewall has been disabled.
