We're configuring a new Test server for our application and we're having issues accessing the site using the URL or IP address.
Our URLs look like...
https://tenant.domainname.com/dev
https://tenant.domainname.com/dev/admin
The 1st URL is the main, public facing customer site, and the 2nd URL is used by the Admin users. The 2nd site is setup as an "application" nested in the 1st "application" in IIS and they are nested the same way on disk.
The odd part is we can access the Admin site publicly, but not the main site. The main site just comes up with a blank page. While I am on the server I can access the main site using localhost without issues.
Both the main site and the Admin site are .NET 4.x applications and share the same AppPool.
Without having access to our servers, does anyone have thoughts on why this is happening?
