i have exactly the issue which is described in 2009 in this post http://forums.iis.net/post/1912220.aspx
I also checked this KB article: https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/kb/942051
The problem is, that it seems that will not be easy possible to change posting from "/path" to "/path/"
If the post is going to the site with trailling slash everything works fine.
Any idea or possibility with IIS7.5 on Windows Server 2008?
