Hi All,

I am getting an error message in the event log regarding to the active sync. I would like to seek your help in resolving this issue.

This issue happens after the update and restarted the server.

We have trend micro messaging security agent installed in our exchange server 2010 SP3 as our anti-spam solution. UtilCSharpDebug is part of the component of the said product which is installed in exchange active sync.

The server had a windows update and restarted the mahine and from there I got the error from the event log. Active sync won't work if MSA is installed. In the event log it shows w3wp.exe has no permission to execute utilCSharpDebug.

My machine is connected to a nework and domain.

The application that I am working on is exchange active sync.

I already tried to set Full trust on the utilCSharpDebug using .Net Configuration tool but it did not work.
